When you book all five short-term units together, you take all five units in our historic green building at 634 6th Street. 8 bedrooms, 5 kitchens, multiple porches, downtown Cedar Key. Family reunions, milestone anniversaries, small wedding parties, fishing trips for 8 to 12, work crews on the island, and small corporate retreats are the use cases that come up most. One booking, one host, one building.
What the buyout includes

- Flexible parking: out front plus a private overflow lot two doors down (up to 2 boats and trailers by request)

- About a 10-minute walk to Dock Street, the boat ramp, the fishing pier, and the restaurants on 2nd Street
Pricing
Buyout pricing is the sum of the 5 individual unit rates for your dates, with a small group-coordination discount for multi-night stays of 4+ nights. Seasonal rates vary, so we don't publish a single fixed buyout price. Send us your dates and group size and you'll get a quote within one business day.

We hold dates only with a signed agreement and deposit; until then they remain available to other guests.
Family reunions, anniversaries, fishing trips
My family and I had a wonderful time staying here! It was the perfect space for two adults and two young kids. Lauren was so accommodating while we were there and after check out when I realized I forgot the stroller. We will definitely look to stay here again on future trips!
We had a very pleasant 3 night stay. The property is surprisingly roomy, I loved the high ceilings and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was well equipped, and we were provided all necessities. Everyone around were friendly, and despite being on the first floor, there was no noise from above whatsoever. Walking distance to everywhere on the island. Would recommend for friends or family with children.
The place was remarkably well stocked with cooking utensils, tide pods, and paper goods. Perfect for a family. We had such a great time.

Property was as described and we were pleasantly surprised by how well maintained and clean it was. Great value for the price. Wonderful location- super close to downtown, golf cart accessible, across from a fantastic breakfast restaurant. Ample parking. Our unit shared a balcony with our neighbors but they were a great group of people. We really enjoyed our stay.
Great place for a family of 4. Washer and dryer on site, comfortable beds and walkable to everything. Renting a golf cart from Cedar key adventures is recommended and super easy. Thanks again.
